National Council on Problem Gambling Annual Conference 2026 Scholarship Program
NCPG offers conference scholarships to provide greater access to education for the problem gambling and responsible gambling field. We remain committed to providing as much assistance as we can to keep registration fees and travel costs from being a barrier to conference attendance.
Scholarship applications are due Wednesday, March 18, 2026 by 11:59 pm ET.
Eligibility and Criteria:
- Must be a U.S resident age 18 or above
- NCPG members and non-members are welcome to apply
- Must demonstrate financial need:
- Have limited access to professional development funding through their employer, institution, or other sources
- Would be unable to attend the conference without financial assistance
- Must demonstrate a commitment to the field:
- A clear interest in professional growth within the problem gambling and responsible gambling field
- A desire to build connections, learn best practices, and contribute to a stronger, more inclusive field
- Must identify with one or more of the following segments:
- New to field – Within first 1-5 years of career in problem gambling (PG) and responsible gambling (RG) field; or student, intern, fellow, or recent graduate pursuing a related field of study
- Lived experience – individuals in recovery or impacted family/community members
- Underrepresented population – individuals from communities that are historically underrepresented or underserved by PG/RG services, or individuals that are directly working with underrepresented populations to provide PG/RG services
